The usual fixes are below. If yours is not, write to admin@cognoodle.ai. A person who can act on it reads every message, and we typically reply within one business day.
Common fixes
- I can’t sign in.
- Your account may not be open yet. HyveMind is in Beta and accounts open from the waitlist in rounds. If you have not joined, join the waitlist for early access. If you were told your account is open, make sure you sign in with the same account you signed up with, then write to us.
- Claude or ChatGPT says the HyveMind connection has expired.
- Open your AI app’s connector settings and choose Connect on HyveMind, then sign in again.
- I can’t find where to add HyveMind in ChatGPT.
- Custom connectors need developer mode, which a workspace admin turns on for ChatGPT Business or Enterprise. The steps are in the Docs.
- I want a copy of my data, or want it deleted.
- Write to legal@cognoodle.ai from your account’s address and tell us what you want. There is no charge for a reasonable request.
- I want to close my account.
- Write to admin@cognoodle.ai and we will close it.
Questions people ask
What is HyveMind, in one line?
Many minds, one memory: your own Hyve of AI agents, working as one. You talk to Your Agent, and it remembers your work, the people in it and how you like things done, so you never have to brief it twice.
Which AI apps can I use with HyveMind?
Claude and ChatGPT. Both connect to your Hyve through the Model Context Protocol, an open standard for linking AI apps to outside tools. You add HyveMind once as a connector and sign in; there is nothing to install and no key to copy. The Docs page has the steps.
How is this different from chat history?
Chat history is a long scroll you have to search yourself. Your Hyve keeps one memory of what matters: decisions, people, projects and preferences, linked together. Your Agent and any AI app you connect read from it and add to it, so what you said last week is already known today.
Can I use more than one AI app with the same Hyve?
Yes. Connect Claude and ChatGPT to the same Hyve and both work from the same memory. Start something in one and pick it up in the other without repeating yourself.
What happens to my data?
It stays yours. Each Hyve is kept separate from every other Hyve. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train any model. You can delete content in your Hyve, and you can ask us to delete everything we hold about you by writing to legal@cognoodle.ai. The Privacy Policy has the details.
How do the agents in my Hyve work together?
You ask Your Agent in plain words. When a job has several steps, it is handed to agents in your Hyve, each doing its part from the same shared memory, and their progress is written down where you can read it. Anything that would act outside your Hyve waits for your approval.
How do I get in today?
HyveMind is in Beta. Join the waitlist for early access and we will open your account as places become available. If you already have an account, sign in at app.thehyvemind.ai.
